Collective R&D and collective dissemination of knowledge (COOCK)
Research to practice
Accelerate innovation through shared knowledge
Through COOCK projects, we translate our latest results into practical applications for companies. This gives especially SMEs quick access to technologies they could not develop on their own.
What is it?
A COOCK project combines:
- Knowledge sharing: research results are turned into usable tools, training and demonstrations.
- Company cases: the technology is tested and applied in real business settings.
For whom?
For companies that want to innovate but do not have an in-house R&D team.
Projects are coordinated by Flanders Make (or other research centres), together with at least five companies active in Flanders.
Why should you participate?
- Access to new technologies
- Practical applications for your business
- Collaboration and learning with experts
Practicalities
- Duration: 1–3 years
- Funding: up to 100% via VLAIO
- Results: openly shared within the target group
