Context

In a rapidly evolving manufacturing industry, knowledge is becoming the most important production resource.
But where is critical expertise located, and how do you retain it within the company? How do you ensure that knowledge is transferable and can be applied in a future-oriented way?

During the event “Smart competencies: capturing, sharing, and growing knowledge in manufacturing”, on Tuesday 3 March at Hangar K, Flanders Make, together with EdTech Station, brings together companies, researchers, and technology partners around one central challenge:

How can we capture, share, and valorise (expert) knowledge in an industrial context?
