New, digital technologies such as augmented and virtual reality (AR & VR) turn operators into knowledge workers. Our infrastructure comprises hardware and software to demonstrate, test and implement virtual and augmented reality applications in realistic industrial operating conditions. As such, we demonstrate how these new technologies help operators to deal with high product variability and decrease human errors, thus improving productivity.
