Flanders Make seeks independent board member

Wanted: Independent member for Board of Directors

The board of directors of Flanders Make invites nominations for one mandate as independent director. As an independent director of Flanders Make, you help determine the organisation's strategy and contribute to anchoring the manufacturing industry in Flanders.

Which profile are we looking for?

As a candidate, you have a CxO profile and preferably can look back on a long active career in a production and/or research environment. Preferably in a domain related to our research domains.

We will only consider your candidature if you have no interests or relationship with Flanders Make vzw that could influence your judgement or decisions to your own advantage or that of the organisation you represent. Therefore, you are not professionally active for the Flemish Region or for a company or university that is a working member of Flanders Make.

The corporate governance code for listed companies is the guide for assessing the independence of each candidate director.
