Tech@Lunch - A Context Aware Digital Twin for Smart Manufacturing

The topic of the fifth Tech@Lunch session of 2023 is "A Context Aware Digital Twin for Smart Manufacturing". Traditionally, digital twins operate on specific localized parts of company data using black box AI algorithms. This works particularly well for clearly defined process steps where only localized parameters are considered. Consequently, these models are incapable of considering contextual information from other areas, which strongly limits data analysis possibilities. In this webinar we will discuss digital twins that have a broader view, combining vastly different data sources within a company. The end-to-end manufacturing process data and knowledge is combined to push data analysis and decision making beyond the limits of traditional localized digital twins.
