In April 2016, the Interreg Europe project NMP-REG was launched. NMP stands for Nanotechnology, new Materials and new Production technologies and is one of the Key Enabling Technologies that should encourage the growth of the manufacturing industry and promote job creation. That’s why NMP-REG aims to realise a more effective policy in terms of the transfer and integration of research in the manufacturing industry.
Flanders Make joins the project as stakeholder and will – together with the Flemish Innovation and Entrepreneurship Agency (Agentschap Innoveren en Ondernemen) and partners from Portugal, Italy, Germany and Romania – exchange knowledge on how entrepreneurship can be strengthened and knowledge transfer between research institutions and industry can be promoted.
Flanders Make will also be involved in the organisation of a project meeting and an associated event on 24 January 2018. More information on this event will follow!
